Lindsey Baldwin joined the PEP Risk Services Team as a Risk Services Consultant in July 2024, and brings 10 years of experience in the insurance and risk management industry that directly supports her work with public entities.

Her background includes roles as a claims adjuster and risk analyst serving organizations in manufacturing, marketing, lawn and garden, and aviation, where she built a strong foundation in exposure identification, loss analysis, and proactive risk control. As a Risk Analyst, Lindsey managed corporate insurance programs, worked closely with brokers and underwriters, and supported risk assessments and alternative risk mitigation initiatives, experience she now applies to advising cities, villages, and other public entities on managing operational, liability, and property risks.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Risk Management and Insurance from Eastern Kentucky University and has resided in Columbus, Ohio since 2016.
