Nick Leach joined the PEP Risk Services Team in April 2022 as a Risk Services Consultant and brings 15 years of experience in the safety and insurance industry to his role.

A construction and safety specialist, Nick previously served as a Senior Property Field Claims Representative and as a catastrophe adjuster, responding primarily along the East Coast to major events including Hurricanes Irene and Sandy, where he gained extensive experience in complex property losses and disaster response.

Since joining PEP, he has played a key role in advancing fleet safety initiatives across the pool, supporting National Safety Council (NSC) defensive driving programs and accident‑reduction best practices as part of a national risk services fleet campaign.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baldwin Wallace University and maintains multiple industry certifications, including roofing, water mitigation, lead, mold, and asbestos, enabling him to provide practical, consultative risk control support to PEP members.
