Diana Woolf joined the PEP Risk Services team in 2019 as a Risk Services Consultant, bringing extensive hands-on experience and subject-matter expertise in health and safety. She spent 23 years in the fire service, serving as both a firefighter and a fire safety inspector, where she developed a strong foundation in emergency response, prevention, and regulatory compliance.
Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and an associate degree in Fire Science. She has earned multiple professional certifications, including Ohio Fire Executive, FEMA Instructor, and Certified Playground Safety Inspector.
Prior to joining PEP, Diana served as the Safety Officer for the University of Akron’s College of Polymer Science and Polymer Engineering, where she oversaw comprehensive safety programs in a complex academic and research environment.
