Colette Klier is the Senior Manager of Cyber Risk Services. She has 25 years of experience in the Information Technology and cybersecurity fields. The Cyber Risk Services program provides proactive cyber consultative services to the PEP Pool.

With an educational background in computer network administration and criminal justice, Colette has a broad understanding of information security and is experienced working to enforce and enhance security measures for both public and private industries including government, human services, IT consulting, marketing, banking, insurance, pension, energy, venture capital, and manufacturing. She’s also a Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society Member.

Colette’s team provides comprehensive cyber risk assessments, vCISO services, breach drills, Incident Response Plan tabletop exercises, cyber security awareness training, client and conference presentations, podcasts, newsletters, and cyber application assistance, among other services.
