Dave is responsible for servicing the Public Entity Group clients, including insurance renewals and new service opportunities as well as new client activity.  Dave provides guidance, leadership, and assistance to our Public Entity Group clients.

Dave has a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice (1984) from Bowling Green State University as well as a Masters’ degree in Public Administration (1986).  He is a long-time member of the International City Management Association and Lifetime Member of the Ohio City Management Association.  Dave has also worked as a volunteer firefighter.  Dave earned his Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation from the Insurance Institute of America in 1996.
