Beth Bickford
Board Member
Ms. Beth Bickford is currently the Executive Director for the
Association of Ohio Health Commissioners (AOHC). Because of her
specialized background, she understands the unique insurance needs of
local public health agencies.
Ms. Bickford has a Master of Science degree from the University of
Rochester and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Case Western
University. She is a registered nurse, clinical nurse specialist, basic
life support instructor, and is certified in critical care nursing. Ms.
Bickford has received numerous honors including Who’s Who in Medicine
and Healthcare, Excellence in Nursing, Excellence in Nursing Research,
and National Public Health Leadership Scholar.
Ms. Bickford is deeply committed to her local community. She is an
active member of her church in Westerville and currently serves as Chair
of the Worship and Music Committee. Ms. Bickford also volunteers for
YMCA Family Center and Faith Mission, two organizations that help to
provide homeless families with shelter, meals, counseling and job
assistance, and with the Franklin County Children Services Mentoring
Program. In her spare time, Ms. Bickford enjoys music and golf.
