J.R. holds a master’s degree in Cybersecurity and dual bachelor’s degrees in history and political science, with a minor in French that he used to participate for an international study program in France. He was also recognized as a Presidential Scholar and Honor Society member.

He brings seven years of IT and cybersecurity experience, with a strong background in:

• Risk assessments and vulnerability analysis
• Security and compliance frameworks, including NIST, MITRE, and CIS
• Fraud prevention and threat monitoring
• Endpoint visibility and security operations
• Reporting and analytics

His experience and skillset will further strengthen our ability to prevent cyber risk with our membership and help them assess risk, enhance security posture, and provide practical, actionable guidance.
