Dan Cruse

Loss Control Manager

Dan Cruse joined Public Entity Risk Services as the Loss Control Manager in September 2012. He has more than 30 years of experience in the safety field, more than 20 of which were in the insurance industry.

Dan graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in both Occupational Safety and Psychology. He is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and has obtained his Associate in Loss Control Management (ALCM) from the Insurance Institute of America.

Public Entities Pool of Ohio (PEP) is a public entity group self-insurance program that provides first-class
property and liability coverages to political subdivisions in the State of Ohio and is endorsed by the Ohio
Municipal League, The Association of Ohio Health Commissioners, Ohio Parks & Recreation Association
and the Coalition of Ohio Regional Districts.
